Job Summary

Location: Bengaluru | Full time | Experience: 2-5 Years This is a high-ownership individual contributor role covering the full FPA cycle - the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, monthly MIS and management reporting, profitability and scenario analysis, and support for month-end close, statutory audit and tax filings. Youll work hands-on in the ERP (Zoho ) to keep financial data clean and reconciled, and partner directly with accounting, commercial and business teams.

Youll be the analytical backbone of a lean finance team, turning raw numbers into the analysis and MIS that let leadership make quick, informed calls as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning Budgeting: Build the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts; track actuals vs. budget with clear variance commentary.
- MIS Reporting: Produce monthly PL, balance sheet, and cash-flow packs, plus dashboards for management review.
- Analysis: Run profitability, trend, and cost deep-dives; model scenarios and what-if cases to support decisions.
- Close Compliance: Support month-end / year-end close and assist with statutory audit and tax filings.
- Data Integrity:Keep financial data clean and reconciled in the ERP (Zoho / Tally).
- Stakeholder Management:



Partner with accounting, commercial, and business teams; prepare finance decks for leadership.

Required Qualifications

- CA Inter -both groups, or Group I cleared.
- 2-5 years of experience in FPA, MIS, budgeting, or management accounting.
- Advanced Excel -modelling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and/or Tally.
- Solid grip on PL, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable commentary for leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Working knowledge of BI tools- Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct tax.
- Comfort automating reporting over large datasets.
- Prior deeptech, manufacturing, or IT/ITES finance experience.
