- OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION LEAD — EVENTS & WEDDINGS Experience: 3–6 years Background: Event Production / Wedding Production / Experiential / Exhibition Take approved designs from concept to execution.
Manage fabrication, florals, printing, rentals, staging and other vendors.
Prepare production timelines, checklists, BOQs and requirements.
Coordinate vendors, materials, logistics and site installations.
Conduct site visits and supervise execution.
Ensure quality, timelines and design specifications are maintained.
Troubleshoot on-ground issues and manage dismantling/post-event closure. Must-Have Robust event production and vendor-management experience Good understanding of fabrication and event decor Ability to read layouts/drawings Excellent organisation and communication Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Calm under pressure Comfortable with site work, travel and long event days
