About the role:
We're looking for someone who is organised, calm under pressure and curious about how events come together.
You'll support the events & experiences team across planning and on-ground execution, and see how a brief becomes a room full of people.
You'll be expected to:
- Support planning, coordination and on-ground execution of events.
- Follow up with vendors, venues and partners.
- Help with checklists, run-of-shows, guest lists and logistics.
- Assist with decks, budgets and post-event reports.
- Be present and useful on event days.
- Notice what could go wrong before it does.
The Details:
- Experience : Freshers and above
- Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Versatile), Mon–Fri. Event days may run longer.
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹15,000/month
