- Preparation of Quantity Estimates, BOQ & Costing for Civil and Structural Projects.
- Preparation and verification of Client Bills, RA Bills & Subcontractor Bills .
- Quantity Take-off from Civil, Structural & Architectural Drawings.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis and Project Cost Estimates.
- Coordination with Design, Site & Project Teams.
- Monitoring Project Quantities, Costing & Billing Documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in Estimation & Billing.
- Knowledge of Civil & Structural Construction Works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Surveying.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
