Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and gap analysis.
- Map current and future business processes.
- Configure and support Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Identify process improvements and drive standardization.
- Prepare functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and development.
- Support testing, UAT, training, and change management.
- Provide application support as per agreed SLA.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Techno-functional consulting experience.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL / SQL Server and databases.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation and application support.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, ITIL, and project implementation methodologies.
- Experience in requirements analysis and gap analysis.
