About the Role

This is not a typical internship. As an EIR, you work directly with the founders on scaling challenger brands ground up across Quick Commerce, Modern Retail and other partnership channels. It blends planning and execution, much like a Key Account Lead: you plan the growth, then go out and make it happen.

What You Will Do

- Own day-to-day growth for assigned brands across Quick Commerce platforms and Up-to-date Retail chains
- Build channel plans: listings, availability, visibility, pricing, promotions and launches
- Work with category and buying teams at platforms and retailers
- Track sales, inventory, fill rates and ad performance; turn the numbers into actions
- Build MIS, trackers and presentations for brands and the leadership team
- Understand and manage channel P&L;: margins, trade terms, promo spends and unit economics
- Explore recent partnerships and channels to widen distribution
- Work with founders on brand strategy, go-to-market and scaling challenges

Who We're Looking For





- Graduates or post-graduates (MBA/PGDM preferred, not mandatory) with 01 year of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable dealing with partners and stakeholders
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- A bias for action: you get things done, follow up, and don't wait to be told
- Curious about consumer brands, retail and e-commerce
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment
