Role overview

We are seeking a mid-level Enterprise Solution Architect to design and guide end-to-end solutions for our SaaS products and customer engagements. The role combines hands-on AWS knowledge with architecture ownership, technical project planning, cost estimation, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

- Define the technical framework for SaaS offerings, including application architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, integrations, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Design end-to-end solutions and produce architecture diagrams, technical specifications, implementation plans, and deployment recommendations.
- Administer and oversee AWS resources, including environment setup, access, reliability, performance, and ongoing cost optimization.
- Support multiple cloud offerings, with AWS as the primary platform and Azure where required.
- Estimate infrastructure and delivery costs; contribute technical scope, assumptions, timelines, and effort estimates to proposals, pricing exercises, and statements of work.
- Work with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD, production releases, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and operational readiness.
- Plan technical work across projects, track dependencies and risks, and coordinate stakeholders through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Represent the organization in customer,



partner, and vendor technical discussions. Explain architecture choices, trade-offs, costs, and delivery plans clearly.
- Review integration requirements and guide the design of APIs and application connectors, including connections to enterprise systems.
- Establish practical standards for security, documentation, data consistency, observability, and disaster recovery.

Required qualifications

- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise applications or SaaS solutions in a solution architect or enterprise architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud administration, architecture, and cost optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and defensible cost estimates.
- Experience coordinating technical projects across engineering, DevOps, product, and customer teams.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, including confidence leading external technical discussions.
- Working knowledge of application integration, APIs, databases, CI/CD, security, and production operations.
- Experience designing or operating solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience building reusable application connectors or integrating with ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Experience developing supply chain products, such as demand planning, inventory, procurement, or logistics applications.
- Familiarity with AWS Marketplace SaaS offerings and cloud commercial models.
