We are looking for energetic B2B Sales professionals to build an enterprise business in Chennai .

The role involves identifying large organisations, reaching out to decision-makers and building relationships with Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities and Travel teams.

This is a field-oriented sales role. The candidate will spend significant time meeting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting Company's solutions and converting opportunities.

What you will do

- Identify and prospect large enterprises in the respective city
- Build relationships with Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities and Travel teams
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, references and field visits
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Conduct client meetings and property visits
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Work closely with Operations and Supply teams to deliver client requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM / pipeline information and follow up consistently
- Own revenue targets and conversion





What we're looking for
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and field sales
- High ownership, sales orientation and ability to follow through
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships
- Tamil-speaking candidates for Chennai and Telugu-speaking candidates for Hyderabad will have an added advantage

Relevant experience could include:
- Real Estate Sales: Sobha, Lodha, Mantri, Akshaya etc - Tier 1 and Tier 2 Developers
- Hospitality / Hotel Sales
- Commercial Leasing: Wework, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, CBRE, Awfis, 91 Srpingboard, IndiQube etc
- Corporate / Enterprise Sales
- Facility Management / Workplace Solutions: G4S, Sila, Pergrine
- Office / Managed Workspace Sales
- Logistics / Business Services Sales
- Other B2B sales roles involving Admin, Procurement, HR or Facilities teams

An MBA or any specific degree is not required. We value sales ability, communication, attitude, ownership and demonstrated performance over qualifications.
