*Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Assess and evaluate students’ learning through assignments, tests, projects, and interactive activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive,



and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Provide individual guidance, academic support, and mentorship to students as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
- Participate actively in school events, academic activities, and co-curricular programmes.
- Prepare and mentor students for debates, elocution, literary competitions, and other language-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BA/MA) in English with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.

Skills : Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills.

Proficiency in English grammar, literature, and creative writing.

Ability to integrate technology into teaching.

Passion for teaching and a student-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

CTET/State TET qualification (if required by the board).

Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.

Involvement in co-curricular activities like dramatics, elocution, and storytelling.
