Engineering Manager — Full Stack | Hyderabad local candidates only.

Max Budget - 60 LPA

This role is 80% hands-on engineering and 20% people management . Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad and have experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC).

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, starting with approximately six team members.
- Contribute hands-on across the software development lifecycle.
- Guide architecture, design reviews, code quality, security, and engineering practices.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Business, and other stakeholders.
- Support production applications, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Promote responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
- 13+ years of experience in software engineering, including strong full stack development experience.
- Current Hyderabad location; this is a hybrid role at Raheja Mindspace.
- GCC experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Java and Spring Boot

- Angular and TypeScript
- Apigee or a similar API gateway





- Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
- AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda/Lambda@Edge, EFS, CloudWatch, or CodePipeline

- Docker and Kubernetes
- Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Recent Relic, Splunk, or similar observability tools
- Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, or similar application security tools
- At least 2–3 years of enterprise application experience.
- Experience with architecture, production support, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
- iOS and Android development experience is mandatory.

- Conveyance: No cab facility. Conveyance allowance of ₹2,54,000 per year is provided over and above fixed pay.
