Job Summary

We are looking for ITI and Diploma freshers to join our engineering and production team. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in a manufacturing, engineering, production, maintenance, or technical environment.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production, engineering, and maintenance activities.
- Operate and handle machines, tools, and equipment as per training.
- Perform basic assembly, fitting, inspection, and maintenance activities.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
- Check components and products for basic quality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
- Complete assigned work within the required time.
- Maintain basic production and maintenance records.
- Learn recent machines, tools, processes, and technical procedures.

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Production, Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Welder, or related trades.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1years of relevant experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Good attendance and discipline.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of machines and equipment.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
