Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹37,000 CTC per month

We are hiring Email Support Executives for a reputed BPO/customer support process in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through email.
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Support, Email Support, or International Customer Service.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing and email-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, mostly night shifts.
- Willingness to work from office in Mansarovar, Jaipur.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
