We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Manager to manage customer communication,

lead nurturing and marketing automation through Email and WhatsApp Business API.

The candidate will be responsible for building targeted campaigns, automation journeys and communication strategies that improve lead engagement, conversion and customer retention.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with WhatsApp Business API.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp-based marketing automation.
- Experience in email campaign creation, segmentation and automation.
- Experience in designing WhatsApp workflows and automated customer journeys.
- Good understanding of CRM-based marketing and lead nurturing. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good written communication and content understanding.
