Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Intern who can generate B2B leads through LinkedIn and support email outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate must be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead research, prospect identification, and maintaining lead databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, HR professionals, and business leaders.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to filter prospects based on industry, location, company size, and job designation.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and lead databases.
- Conduct email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Write personalized outreach emails and follow-up messages to improve response rates.
- Identify relevant prospects from international markets.
- Track lead generation activities, outreach responses, and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contact details, and follow-ups using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.




- Collaborate with the business development team to support the sales pipeline and business growth.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and prospect research.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cold emailing, email outreach, and follow-up strategies.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and work with international business prospects.
