Role Description The Director of Franchise Development is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi NCR, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for leading franchise growth strategy, including identifying target markets, developing franchise models, and overseeing the franchise sales pipeline.

The Director will manage end-to-end franchise recruitment, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and execution of franchise agreements. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners, coordinating due diligence,



and ensuring compliance with franchising policies and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on business planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of the franchise program to support Electra Energy’s mission in the energy-efficiency and emissions reduction space.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in franchise development, including Franchising and Franchise Sales.
- Robust knowledge of Franchise Agreements and related compliance or regulatory requirements.
- Proven capability in Business Planning, including financial modeling, territory planning, and growth strategies.
- Track record of successful Lead Generation and pipeline management in a franchise or multi-site business environment.
- Experience in energy, sustainability, or related sectors is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Delhi NCR with remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
