Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain three‑statement financial models (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Build valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to test assumptions.
- Analyze financial data, KPIs, and market trends to inform projections.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Support M&A; activities through accretion/dilution, LBO, and integration models.
- Validate and update existing models to reflect current business conditions.
- Identify risks and opportunities using detailed financial simulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and verify assumptions.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Robust understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV).
- Ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
