We are looking for a Creative Digital Marketing Lead who can combine creative thinking with solid digital marketing execution.

This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts or runs ads based on instructions.

We are looking for someone who can understand a brand, identify opportunities, develop ideas, build a strategy and take ownership of execution.

What You'll OwnYou will be responsible for the digital presence and growth of Right Eyes and our clients.

- Social Media Strategy
- Develop social media strategies for different brands and industries.
- Build monthly content calendars and content pillars.
- Identify relevant trends, formats and content opportunities.
- Plan Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn content.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies based on audience behaviour, not just trends.

2. Creative & Content StrategyWe want someone who can think before they execute.

You will

- Develop fresh Reel concepts.
- Create strong hooks and content angles.
- Write Reel scripts and storytelling concepts.
- Develop campaign ideas.
- Suggest creative directions for videos and designs.
- Convert marketing objectives into content ideas.
- Study competitors and identify opportunities.
- Think of new ways to make brands more interesting and relevant.

3. Digital MarketingYou should have hands-on knowledge of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Campaign optimization
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting
- Campaign reporting
- Basic conversion tracking





You should be able to understand why a campaign is performing or not performing, rather than simply knowing how to press the “Boost” or “Publish” button.

- Google & Local Digital PresenceYou will also handle:

- Google Business Profile setup and optimization
- Google Business Profile content/reviews/basic local SEO
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Basic SEO
- Website/landing-page recommendations
- Digital presence audits

5. Client & Account ManagementYou may work across multiple client accounts. You should be able to:
- Understand a client's business.
- Understand their target audience.
- Identify their communication problems.
- Develop content directions.
- Present ideas clearly.
- Communicate with clients professionally.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, cinematographers and other team members.
- Take responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.

6. Right Eyes' Own Digital GrowthYou will also be responsible for helping build Right Eyes' own digital presence.

We expect you to proactively bring ideas—not wait for someone to tell you what to do. What We Are Looking ForMust Have
- Min 1.5 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media.
- Strong creative thinking.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Good understanding of content strategy.
- Strong Reel/content ideation ability.
- Scriptwriting ability.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Strong English communication is mandatory.
