What You'll Do

- Manage full event sales operations, from lead generation to closing paid delegate registrations

- Approach potential delegates by phone, email, and LinkedIn

- Convert leads into paid attendees through consultative selling and negotiation

- Plan and run cold email and email marketing campaigns

- Keep in regular contact with delegates before, during, and after the event

- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM (Zoho CRM and SalesIQ)

- Represent the company professionally with delegates, sponsors, and partners

- Work with the events team to make sure delegates have an excellent experience

What We're Looking For

Required

- 3+ years of experience in the B2B event industry





- Proven experience as a Conference Producer

- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of converting leads into paid attendees

- Experience with CRM systems

- Strong skills in email marketing and cold email campaigns

Preferred

- International event experience

- Experience with Zoho CRM and SalesIQ

- Background in corporate events management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
