? Job Purpose

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate civil construction, infrastructure development, plant modifications and maintenance activities at our manufacturing facility.

The role will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, timely execution and cost control of civil works.

? Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction works including foundations, RCC structures, flooring, roads, drainage, buildings and plant infrastructure .

• Coordinate civil works for machinery foundations, platforms, structures and plant utilities .

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and measurements and coordinate with consultants.

- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress for timely completion.

• Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors and labour teams .

- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards.

• Verify measurements, contractor bills, material consumption and work completion against approved BOQs.

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Maintenance and Project teams .

• Monitor site safety, housekeeping and PPE compliance .





- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, inspection records and project documentation.
- Identify civil defects and maintenance requirements and coordinate corrective actions.

? Qualification & Experience

✅ B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

✅ 3–7 years of experience , preferably in industrial/manufacturing plant construction and project execution

✅ Experience in RCC, foundations, industrial flooring, structural works, roads, drainage and utility infrastructure

✅ Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation

? Desired Skills

- Strong site supervision and contractor management

• Ability to read civil/structural drawings, BOQs and specifications

- Knowledge of construction materials, quality standards and safety practices
- Positive communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Willingness to work at the plant site and coordinate with contractors
