About the Role

Nexivo Consulting is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Zoho Books, financial process implementation, and accounting data migration. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial workflows, facilitate migration from existing accounting systems to Zoho Books, and ensure accurate financial data setup and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Zoho Books for clients across different industries.
- Lead accounting data migration from Tally, Excel, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting platforms to Zoho Books.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration.
- Ensure accuracy of opening balances, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and financial transactions.
- Conduct pre- and post-migration reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Understand client accounting processes and recommend suitable Zoho Books configurations.
- Configure GST, taxation, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Assist clients with GST compliance, financial statements, and accounting workflows.
- Conduct client discussions,



requirement gathering, training, and user handholding.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for integrations and custom requirements.
- Troubleshoot accounting and migration-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Practical experience in accounting data migration, preferably from Tally to Zoho Books.
- Knowledge of chart of accounts, opening balances, ledger mapping, and reconciliation.
- Positive understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and financial workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations and deliverables.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Zoho Finance Suite, including Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Payroll.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or accounting system migration projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and financial process automation.
- Experience in client-facing consulting or financial process transformation.
