Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, POS operations, and customer queries while ensuring smooth and accurate checkout operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle billing and checkout operations using the POS system.
- Receive cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash.
- Provide bills/receipts to customers.
- Handle customer queries and assist with basic concerns at the billing counter.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the billing area.
- Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and billing.




- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth customer checkout.
- Report any billing, cash, or POS-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in retail or supermarket.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.

Preferred
- Experience in a supermarket, gourmet store, food retail, or premium retail environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
