Job Responsibilities
Source, attract, and recruit candidates for BFSI roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.
Develop and oversee recent hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of recruitment experience in the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of the BFSI landscape and the specific skills required for various roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
