About the Job:
We are looking for an Online Sales & Chat Executive to handle customer conversations through social media and online channels and help convert interested prospects into customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle sales conversations through DMs and online chats.
Respond to customer questions and inquiries.
Understand customer requirements.
Explain services in a easy and convincing manner.
Follow up with potential customers.
Identify genuine sales opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain basic sales records.
Requirements:
6 months relevant full-time experience OR 2 years freelance experience.
Experience in online sales, chat sales, DM sales or customer conversion.
Good communication skills.
Confident in handling customer conversations.
Positive follow-up and convincing ability.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
