Long-Term Business Plan:Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range financial plan, tracking performance against targets and incorporating market assumptions.
Business Valuation:Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses to support strategic decisions, fundraising, and investor discussions.
Listed Player Analysis:Track, analyze, and benchmark key listed real estate players — covering financial performance, capital structure, land bank, and market positioning.
Reporting & Presentations:Prepare Board-level presentations, investor decks, and management reports to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely.
