Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and joining.

Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.





Maintain robust relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Prepare and share recruitment reports and status updates with management.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per organizational requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Interested to making calls to candidate
Nice to have Microsoft excel
understand the to evaluate the right candidates
willing to learn the skills and job.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
