Roles and Responsibilities
Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful go-live and post-go-live support.
Provide expert-level support for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using SF RCM/Onb tools.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SF RCM/Onb best practices.
Troubleshoot issues related to SF RCM/Onb implementations, including data migration, workflow configuration, and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in recruitment management or a related field.
Robust understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding modules.
Proven track record of leading implementation projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
