Qualification: BBA / MBA or Equivalent
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
Build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Work with complete dedication and ownership to close requirements within timelines.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
