Job Summary
Position Title: Sales Officer / Territory Sales Officer (Juice &
Snacks Division)
Department: Retail Sales / General Trade (GT)
Reports To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Core Objective: To achieve monthly sales targets, maximize product visibility, and manage the distributor network within an assigned territory.

Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory &
Distribution Management
Expand Retail Footprint: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, grocery stores, and modern trade accounts to increase product penetration.
Distributor Management: Coordinate with local distributors to ensure they maintain optimum stock levels and fulfill retail orders on time.
Route Planning (PJP): Follow a Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)



to visit a fixed number of retail outlets daily, maximizing market coverage.

Sales &
Execution
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer) sales targets.
Order Booking: Pitch product portfolios (new juice flavors, snack variants, combos) to retailers and secure regular orders.
Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, current product launches, and merchandising tactics, providing feedback to the ASM.

Merchandising &
Visibility
Stock Rotation: Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices at retail shelves to minimize product expiration, which is critical for perishable items like short-shelf-life juices.
POSM Placement: Deploy Point-of-Sale Materials (posters, danglers, standees) and secure prominent shelf space (Eye-Level placement).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
