Role Overview The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day support operations for the TeachNext platform, including handling inbound calls and support tickets and resolving technical and functional issues.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and tickets related to the TeachNext platform.
Ensure timely acknowledgement, categorization and resolution of customer queries.
Manage and mentor a team of 35 Support Executives.
Assign responsibilities and monitor daily team performance.
Conduct team reviews and ensure support targets are consistently met.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Analyze support metrics such as resolution time, ticket volumes and SLA adherence.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically.




Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Provide end-to-end technical support for hardware and software issues faced by school clients.
Manage configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
Handle support tickets related to the English Lab module.
Prepare reports, trackers and communication documents using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc preferred.
1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Support or IT Helpdesk roles.
Prior experience in EdTech or school-facing support is an advantage.
Experience with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zoho Desk or similar.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle technical and functional customer queries.
