Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and qualified Debt Collection Tele Executive to contact customers regarding outstanding payments, understand their payment situation, and encourage timely repayment while maintaining a respectful and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities: -
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue or outstanding payments.
Inform customers about pending dues, payment deadlines, and available payment options.
Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to making payments.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, commitments, and payment status.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Escalate disputed accounts or complex cases to the appropriate team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection and calling targets.
Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.




RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/system records.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, or customer service is preferred.
