We are looking for a Sales Executive for our imitation jewellery e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into orders, following up with interested customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and chat
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
Convert incoming leads and enquiries into confirmed orders
Follow up with interested customers and pending leads
Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, current arrivals, and best-selling products
Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery products to increase order value
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, sizing, and order placement
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the customer care and operations team for smooth order processing
Build valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases




Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
Comfortable handling customers over calls and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English
Sales-focused and target-oriented attitude
Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to follow up consistently with leads
Previous experience in sales, telesales, e-commerce, jewellery, fashion, or retail will be preferred
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills can also apply
