WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the regional P&L; covering 2–4 states; drive annual revenue targets.




Develop and execute a multi-state Go-To-Market strategy spanning DISCOMs, municipal utilities, EPCs, and AMISP partners
Build and deepen C-level and senior relationships with DISCOM leadership (MD, Director-IT, Chief Engineers), state energy department officials, and EPC procurement heads
Identify, qualify, and close large-scale prospects across BCITS's full product suite: bSmart MDM, UHES, ORMS, GIS, Billing/CIS, AMI Turnkey, Water Metering, Gas Metering, and Cloud AMI
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles: early engagement, solution shaping, RFP/tender response, POC/pilot management, commercial negotiation, and contract execution
