We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content creation, Instagram marketing, short-form video, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling. Experience working with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, handicraft, or home décor brands is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and product-focused content.
- Create content that highlights products, craftsmanship, brand values, and stories.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
- Manage daily social media posting and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and overall performance.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Reels, social media, and content marketing trends.




- Maintain a consistent premium and luxury brand image across all digital channels.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with a robust eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and social media campaigns.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads is an advantage.
- Experience with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, handicrafts, or home décor brands is preferred.
- Interest in luxury products, art, design, and craftsmanship.
