SALES EXECUTIVE – MEMBERSHIP & CLIENT CONVERSION

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai | Full time

Yujyoga by VR is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle enquiries, convert trials into memberships and build long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.

- Understand client goals, needs, budget and objections.

- Explain and sell Yoga, Aerial, Bungee, Strength, Dance, Wellness & Mix-Activity programs.

- Convert Enquiry → Trial → Membership → Upgrade/Renewal.

- Follow up consistently and maintain accurate lead records.

- Handle objections professionally without unnecessary discounting.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Build relationships for renewals, upgrades and referrals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 1–3 years sales experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, education or premium services.





- Excellent Hindi + English; Marathi is an advantage.

- Energetic, confident, warm and well-presented.

- Strong consultative selling, objection handling and closing skills.

- Highly disciplined with follow-ups and lead management.

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.

- Basic understanding of fitness/wellness is preferred.

- Target-driven, accountable and customer-focused.

- Professional, well-groomed and aligned with a premium wellness brand.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
