About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Educational Counselor who is passionate about guiding students and professionals toward the right career opportunities in Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and a basic understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students, working professionals, and business owners regarding Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular communication.
- Coordinate effectively with students, trainers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counseling sessions.
- Explain course curriculum, training process, certifications, internship opportunities, and career prospects.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.




- Assist in seminars, workshops, educational events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends to provide accurate guidance to prospective students.
- Deliver a professional and positive counseling experience while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal, counseling, and coordination skills.
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in educational counseling, telecalling, admissions, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing will be preferred.
