We are looking for a creative and hands-on NPD skilled with a passion for food, baking and innovation to join our team at Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end new product development, from ideation and trials to commercialization.
Conduct market research and identify emerging food trends and consumer preferences.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
Lead product trials, sensory evaluations and product testing.
Develop product specifications, formulations and SOPs.
Ensure product quality, food safety and operational feasibility.
Track product performance post-launch and identify prospects for improvement.
Manage multiple NPD projects and ensure timely execution.

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in NPD, R&D; or product development.




Experience in bakery, patisserie, FMCG, QSR or the food and beverage industry.
Solid understanding of ingredients, product formulation and food trends.
A creative, detail-oriented and hands-on approach to product development.
A genuine passion for creating products that people love.
