Job Description:
SEO & Organic Growth
Own and lead end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple brands and industries.
Drive technical, on-page, off-page, content and local SEO initiatives.
Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis and identify organic growth
opportunities.
Develop strategies focused on rankings, organic traffic, visibility, leads and revenue.
Stay updated with search algorithm changes, evolving search behaviour and emerging areas
such as AEO, GEO and AI-driven search.
Work closely with content, technology, creative and account teams to deliver integrated
SEO strategies.
Performance Marketing
Lead performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and
other relevant channels.
Develop acquisition, lead-generation, conversion and revenue-focused campaigns.
Oversee media planning, budgets, targeting, bidding, optimisation and performance.
Drive improvement across key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR and
conversion rates.
Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable business
recommendations.
Ensure campaigns are continuously optimised against client objectives and commercial
outcomes.
Client Management & Business Development




Act as a senior strategic point of contact for key clients and prospects.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into relevant SEO and
Performance Marketing solutions.
Lead new business pitches, presentations, proposals and client meetings.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SEO and Performance Marketing services
within existing accounts.
Build solid relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead conversations around digital growth, acquisition, ROI and overall marketing
performance.
Partner with the sales/BD team to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Develop customised digital strategies and commercial proposals based on client
requirements.
Own revenue prospects across the SEO and Performance Marketing verticals.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor and manage SEO and Performance Marketing teams.
Set strategic direction, priorities and performance expectations for the team.
Ensure quality, timely delivery and robust business outcomes across accounts.
Build processes and best practices to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
Work closely with senior leadership across digital, creative, content and client servicing
functions.
