- Provide counseling and psychological support to patients and staff.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions and assess emotional/psychological concerns.
- Maintain proper counseling records and documentation.
- Support patients and families in coping with stress and emotional difficulties.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualification:
- M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology/Counseling Psychology.
- Relevant counseling experience will be preferred.
