We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Architect to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of our enterprise mobile test automation framework. This is a purely hands-on individual contributor role, focused on building and driving a scalable automation ecosystem across mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end mobile automation solutions, incorporating AI-powered testing capabilities, and establishing best practices for quality engineering. This position does not include people management responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning technical solutions from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Test Automation Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain a robust mobile automation framework supporting both iOS and Android platforms.
Build scalable automation solutions leveraging Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement shift-left and shift-right testing strategies to enhance quality throughout the software development lifecycle.




Establish reusable automation components, coding standards, framework governance, and quality metrics.

AI-Driven Quality Engineering
Develop and integrate AI-enabled testing capabilities to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
Implement AI and LLM-based solutions for automated test case generation, intelligent test execution, and mobile app validation.
Drive innovation in areas such as visual testing, anomaly detection, behavioral change analysis, and predictive quality insights.
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches for defect prediction, root cause analysis, and automated quality assessment.

Intelligent Automation Framework Development
Build advanced automation capabilities including Self-healing mobile element locators
