Billing Executive – KTM Workshop
Responsible for accurate and timely billing of workshop job cards, including labour, spare parts, consumables and other charges. Verify job-card entries, discounts, taxes and approvals before invoicing. Coordinate with Service Advisors, Spare Parts and Accounts teams. Ensure timely payment collection, invoice closure, warranty/insurance billing, proper documentation and resolution of customer billing queries. Maintain daily billing and pending-job-card reports.
