Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify and Amazon, including orders, listings, inventory, returns, and exchanges.
Handle logistics and shipping operations, including courier coordination, delivery tracking, and RTO management.
Coordinate with customers for queries, feedback surveys, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage leads through Meta Business Suite, including lead handling, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
