Work Details:

Location: Wellwith Store, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Languages: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English

Salary : Rs. 20,000/month (In-Hand) + Performance Bonus

Role:

Manage daily operations of the Wellwith Store, Marathahalli ensure outstanding customer service, maintain inventory, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations
Handle customers professionally and resolve complaints
Train, mentor, and supervise store staff
Build customer loyalty and repeat business
Plan and execute strategies to improve sales; track daily/weekly/monthly performance




Improve average order value (AOV) through upselling, cross-selling, combos, and personalized recommendations
Make 100–150 connected calls per day to online leads when walk-ins are low
Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams
Ensure statutory, safety, and company compliance
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, footfall, lead conversion, AOV, and revenue

Eligibility:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline)
1+ year retail experience preferred; freshers with good communication can apply
Billing software knowledge is an added advantage
