About the opportunity

We are building an early-stage AI venture focused on the future of child care and mental health — combining AI, speech intelligence and behavioural insights to create meaningful technology for the next generation.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You could be a student, early-career engineer, independent builder, or working skilled exploring your next breakthrough. Your current designation matters less than your technical ability, curiosity, ownership and consistency.

Responsibilities
Own and drive the technical architecture and development of the product.
Build and integrate AI/ML, GenAI and speech/audio intelligence capabilities.
Develop backend services, APIs and supporting infrastructure.
Work closely with the founder on product architecture, experimentation and MVP development.
Convert concepts and prototypes into working, scalable technology.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.




Take end-to-end ownership of technical decisions and execution.
Collaborate on product, UX and the technology roadmap.
