Experience: 8+ year in Retail Operations

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Conducts periodic review of Business with all stakeholders for visibility and corrective measures.
/n
Strategies sales plans; Budgeting & control checkpoints
/n
Making strategies to increase market share, boost conversion, improve stockturns, enhanced enrollments in loyalty programs, Improve cash-memo size and quantities and customer retention.
/n
Responsible for conserving and protecting assets by Managing assets judiciously for higher asset turnover.
/n
Ensures Processes adherence & Audit closures.
/n
Strategizes to maintain and Improve Service Standards.
/n




Leading People.
/n
Improve Profitability & Resource Management.
/n
Responsible for Store Image.
/n
Maintain & build PR and Business Relations.
/n
