Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services
Follow scripts and talk tracks provided by management to ensure consistency and quality of calls
Build relationships with customers through effective communication and establish rapport




Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the database
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team lead or manager
Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively pitch to customers
Work well in a team workplace and contribute to team success
Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.
