Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented International Telesales Executives to join our UK sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make Cold calls to UK customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert leads into successful sales and consistently achieve targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Work effectively as part of a target-driven sales team.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with international/UK customers over the phone.
Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in international telesales, UK voice process, BPO, telecalling, or international customer service is preferred.
Freshers with strong English communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
International calling experience (UK, USA, or other overseas markets)
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales preferred
Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales
