We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete Human Resource function for a reputed automobile dealership in Borivali.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Workshop, Body Shop, and Corporate functions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Maintain attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMIS records.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labor regulations.




Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower planning, and recruitment dashboards.
Work closely with department heads to meet manpower requirements and improve organizational performance.
Location : Borivali
Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
5–8 years of HR experience.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
