Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.
Write, test, and debug PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR scripts.
Configure and manage PeopleSoft components, including Application Designer, Workflow, and Security.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Implement and maintain PeopleSoft integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP.
Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and industry trends.

Qualifications:




10+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development.
Solid expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine and Integration Broker.
Experience with modules like HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions is a plus.
Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and SQL.
Familiarity with upgrading and patching PeopleSoft applications.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
