As a Customer Service representative at Asd India Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
Process orders, returns,



and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the organization
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and retention
Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills
Contribute to a positive work workplace by actively engaging with colleagues and supervisors.
