The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind a seamless hiring process—ensuring candidates and stakeholders have a best-in-class experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and productive scheduling process
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to support hiring needs




Manage candidate communications, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Workday)
Assist with job postings, offer processes, and onboarding coordination
Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
